Bi-Weekly Wellness Check
$6,000 per year
One year minimum service term. 50% of annual contract due at signing.
We stop by every other week for a two hour walkthrough of the interior and exterior of your property. We test the functionality of all systems within the home, taking action when necessary. We keep an eye out for weathering of the exterior, recommending action when necessary. This package ensures you won’t arrive to town and incur an unexpected hassle.
Half Day Service Package
$20,000 per year
One year minimum service term. 20% of annual contract due at signing.
This package is designed for second homeowners. We stop by once a week to accomplish the tasks you see below. We will ensure that everything from the alarm systems, the steam room, the washers and dryers, internet, etc. are all functioning and ready for use. We will water the flowers, blow the driveway, service the spa and generally keep an eye on the home. This package doesn’t focus on our capabilities as a concierge service. Our job is to make sure when you show up to your vacation home that you’re confident in the functionality and safety of all aspects of the home.

$35,000 per year
One year minimum service term. 20% of annual contract due at signing.
This service package includes all of the systems and home inspection aspects from above. With this step up in service hours we are able to start to act as a concierge for you and your guests. We will have a focus on owner/guest arrivals/departures. We know you won’t come to town every single week. And we know we won’t need to make airport runs, etc… when you’re not here. But with more service hours at our disposal we will further upkeep the home. Tasks like window cleaning, light landscaping, pool & spa maintenance and service, mail pick up, etc. become part of our weekly routine. When you do arrive, we’ll have all of the following accomplished and readied.
